Scalia v. Franken

If you don’t know what you’re talking about, it’s a bad idea to get into a public spat with Justice Scalia.

There is much dispute about whether it was Scalia or Franken who was in the wrong, as Franken’s use of “demeanor” was proper and his argument was valid, according to the rules that Scalia himself wrote.
